There's also the issue that younger people are last to be vaccinated, but are also the ones who were asked to stay home for the sake of their elders. Now the older generation are free to travel and go out, but the young who are still waiting to be vaccinated are told to stay home. This is less of a problem when everyone has a chance to be vaccinated, but most of the world is still far away from that.
