It's a similar experience for me. There was a period just after the bonuses when it seemed to work really well, with my articles getting a lot of readers and decent income. But then they launched the new app and since then it has been downhill. I'm convinced the app is broken, it constantly shows me the same 5 stories that I'm not really interested on reading. Followers also seem meaningless - I see no difference between when I had 100 followers and now when I have 6000.
