Hey Umair, I'm sorry to hear that you are in such a bad way. It might help to stop feeling that you need to address all of the world's problems. There's really nothing you can do to fix them, and worrying about them is clearly having a terrible effect on your wellbeing. Instead try focusing on the smaller problems you can fix. You can't save America, but maybe you can help your neighbor. Maybe you can help clean up the streets around your place, help save your part of America. That won't save the world, but it should help save you.
